I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate. My recovery journey has led me to a life of healing where I share my experience, strength and hope with others on this path. I have a daily Mindfulness practice that is woven into my mental, physical & spiritual wellness routine. Including Yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, breathwork, energy work and Sound Healings. I have developed these modalities as my tools for wellness. These traditions are gifts from the Gurus who paved the way before us. I humbly offer what works for me in individual and group sessions. Breathwork

Specializing in Conscious Connected Breath (Circular Breathing) and Pranayama. The breathwork sessions upregulate the nervous system to quiet the thinking mind so your inner, deepest intuition can come forward. Often sessions are used to gain clarity on life changes in concert with coaching. Also, sessions might help release stored emotions or process trauma or current life experiences that you would like to work on. You are in control of what happens, the breath will take you where your highest self needs to go. Group classes & private sessions available!

Qigong

Movement meditation that uses body forms and breath concentration to move and bring balance to your natural Qi (life force energy). Qigong increases health & well-being and has been used for thousands of years in China. By incorporating the mind, body & breath together, blocked energy becomes available, the nervous system is regulated, the joints are nourished, flexibility and balance are increased. A powerful tool for subtle conditioning of the body-mind system. Regular Qigong practitioners enjoy peace of mind, a sense of calm and mental balance. Group classes & private sessions available!

Seeker’s Circle Meditation

Come meditate with us. We will go deeper into meditation basics, practice with movement, breathwork, mudras and share our experiences. Forming a Sangha (Sanskrit for community), where we learn, listen and practice in community. My hope is to build new foundations, strengthen old ones & delve deeper into the practices together! Sound Bath Healing

Using Tibetan Singing Bowls to create healing vibrations, the sound ‘bath’ washes gentle energy of the seven Chakras over you. Enjoy complete relaxation and rejuvenation that regulates the nervous system. Sound bath is incorporated with guided meditation to receive sublime nourishment for the soul. “Nurture Meditation & Sound Bath” sessions held monthly.
